Who cooks
She is a Venezuelan chef with years of experience cooking paella for events, and a stubborn preference for doing things the traditional way: fresh ingredients, real saffron, and rice that is watched until it is exactly right.
Her cooking is built for a table with people around it — reunions, parties, catering. That is where paella belongs, and that is what she cooks it for.

Yes — real saffron, Spanish smoked paprika and turmeric. No yellow food coloring. It costs more and it's the difference you taste.
Both paellas contain shellfish and molluscs, and are cooked in the same pan, so we can't guarantee a preparation free of them. Tell us about any restriction when you order and Yerly will tell you honestly what she can and can't do.
