Orders and availability
Every order is confirmed over WhatsApp. The tray of 4 servings often goes out the same day, depending on what time you write and on what Yerly already has booked; availability is confirmed in that conversation and is not guaranteed in advance. Event pans are booked for an agreed date, because the seafood has to be bought and the number of guests coordinated.
Prices and quotes
Prices vary by pan size and by the ingredients chosen. Each quote is given over WhatsApp and is valid for the date and number of guests agreed. Changes to the number of guests may change the price.
Payment
Payment is by Zelle, in full and in advance. Your order is scheduled once the payment is confirmed — not before. The reason is simple: every paella is cooked for your order and is never served from anything made beforehand, so Yerly does not start buying or cooking until the order is paid.
Cancellations
Once the payment is confirmed there are no refunds, because the ingredients have already been bought for your order. If something comes up, write to us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.
Delivery
We deliver in Katy, TX and surrounding areas. Longer distances carry an additional delivery charge, quoted before the order is confirmed. Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed address and time.
Allergens
Both paellas contain shellfish and molluscs and are prepared in the same pan and kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a preparation free of them or of other allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergy or restriction before the order is confirmed.
